Peter Golightly award
The Peter Golightly Award is made annually to recognise the success and achievement of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician working in MI. This award is an important opportunity for the MI community to showcase outstanding achievements and to congratulate our peers.
Peter Golightly was at the forefront of MI since its inception in the 1970s and was Director of the (then) Trent Regional Medicines Information Centre from 1976 until his retirement in 2014. His passion for MI and his drive to implement and develop new services locally, regionally and nationally has helped shape the UKMi service that we have today.
