Quality and Risk Management Group Webinar

The next webinar from UKMi is going to be on the 24th September, and will be covering the relaunched Key Performance Indicators from the Quality and Risk Management Group, and a discussion of KPIs in general – why are they important, and how can they be used to help you and your service. We’re hoping to share some external opinions on KPIs (how are they used in pharmacy and the wider world) as well as drilling down into the Medicines Information / Advice specific KPIs and how they can be used.
